Solar energy is highly appreciated among different renewable sources due to its limitless potential and affordable conversion technologies. Conventionally, solar has multiple thermal applications, but now with the onset of photovoltaics (PV), there massive momentum for electricity generation. However, PV module faces a major challenge efficiency decrement an increased working temperature. Hence present experimental study undertaken devise passive management solution modules. Out two modules, one reference (PV-REF), other subjected cooling, viz. Natural circulation loop (PV-NCL), burlap (PV-BUR), front cooling (PV-FC). In PV-NCL unit, duct at rear surface acts as heater, while finned tube cooler. PV-BUR employed by attaching fabric module's surface, where water trickling. case PV-FC, pipe tiny holes placed top surface. The experimentation shows that temperature reduction (compared PV-REF) in PV-NCL, PV-BUR, PV-FC modules are 3.2?, 11.6?, 24.6? respectively, which yields power increment 8.2%, 16.2%, 18.7%. On enviro-economic front, payback period 2.9, 11.7, 2.7, 2.1 years, corresponding values CO 2 mitigation 0.69, 0.73, 0.80, 0.82 tons respectively. Thus, prospective competitor on hand, requires some design modifications achieve better results.
